Your body's reboot button.
Most people don't realize how much tension they carry — until it finally releases. Before your body can stand tall, move freely, or heal deeply, your nervous system must first feel safe.
The Neural Reset is a gentle, precise unwinding of the stress patterns that keep your body braced, compressed, and overworked. It releases hidden tension around the diaphragm, psoas, and spine, calms the body's stress response, and restores natural alignment and breath.
Clients describe it as a moment of quiet clarity — a deep shift they can feel from the inside. This isn't just muscle work. It's the nervous system coming back online.
Most clients feel the shift within 1–3 sessions. This initial reboot sets the stage for deeper, lasting work.
Call or Text to BeginEach session draws from the same integrated approach — but the focus adapts to your body's specific patterns and needs.
Chronic pain is rarely just a local problem. When pain persists beyond normal healing time, the nervous system often remains in a protective state — holding tension, limiting movement, and amplifying signals long after the original injury has passed. Over time, this creates patterns that the body no longer knows how to let go of on its own.
My work focuses on helping the nervous system downshift out of protection so the body can reorganize itself. Rather than forcing tissue or chasing symptoms, I work slowly and precisely to create conditions where long-held patterns can unwind.
This work may be right for you if your pain has lingered despite rest, treatment, or repeated attempts to “fix” it.
Stress doesn't just live in the mind — it settles into the body. Over time, ongoing stress, emotional load, or unresolved strain can become physically embedded as tightness, restricted breathing, and reduced ease of movement. Even when life slows down, the body may remain braced.
In sessions, I work with these patterns by first establishing safety and regulation in the nervous system. Gentle, attentive contact allows the body to recognize that it no longer needs to stay on guard. From there, tension can begin to release organically rather than being pushed or manipulated.
This work may be right for you if your body feels braced, tight, or on edge even when nothing is actively wrong.
After injury, pain, or long periods of compensation, the body often forgets how to move with ease. Even when strength returns, old patterns may persist — creating unnecessary effort, imbalance, or recurring discomfort. Re-learning ease is not about correction; it's about restoring coordination and trust within the system.
My work supports this process by helping the nervous system recognize more efficient ways to organize movement. As tension releases and alignment improves, movement begins to feel lighter and more natural without conscious effort.
This work may be right for you if movement feels effortful, guarded, or less natural than it used to.
Your first session begins with a brief conversation about what brings you in, your history, and what you're hoping to address. From there, we move into hands-on work. There's no rush — the goal is to let your nervous system settle so the body can begin to reorganize. You'll leave with a clearer sense of what's happening in your body and how the work can help.
Wear comfortable, flexible clothing you can move in — think athletic wear, yoga clothes, or anything that allows easy access to the areas we'll be working on. No need to undress fully; this work is done with clothing on or with minimal draping, depending on what's most comfortable for you.
Every body unwinds at its own pace. Most clients feel a meaningful shift within 1–3 sessions. From there, frequency depends on your goals — some come weekly for a period of focused work, others maintain on a biweekly or monthly basis. We'll find the rhythm that works for you.
